• Cancellation Policy: We have a seven-day cancellation policy on all reservations. If you must cancel, please do so at least one week prior to your arrival date. You will incur a $25 cancellation fee, but all other deposits will be refunded. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in fees equal to the full cost of your reservation. Exceptions to this policy due to inclement weather, medical emergencies, etc. will be considered on an individual basis and will be at the sole discretion of the Tiskilwa Inn.

• Deposits: Reservations made more than 7-days in advance require a deposit of your first night's room and tax.  Any reservations made within the 7-day cancellation window will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in times run from 2pm-7pm daily. Early or late check-ins are sometimes possible, but require advance notice. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival when making your reservation. Check-out time is 11am.

• Breakfast: A full, gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the formal dining room from about 8:30 until 10am. Please let your Innkeepers know what time works best for you. Please also let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking your reservation. Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-free options available with advance notice.

• Due to the historic nature of the home, all guest rooms and interior areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside and heaters are provided in the colder winter months.

• Children 12 and up are welcome with at least one parent or guardian. Please note that all of our guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people, including children,

• We do not allow pets at the Tiskilwa Inn, but we do have a ridiculously charming resident Shi-Tzu named Charlie.
